Editions. It is essential that you buy the Norton Critical Editions of the three plays noted. I would prefer you use the Oxfords as well, though if this presents a problem, I can be flexible. I have provided the ISBN numbers to make your ordering easier and to guarantee you end up with the correct version of each play. Needless to say, these will be the editions on the shelves of the Book Cellar.

Shakespeare in Performance. Students will attend a performance of The Taming of the Shrew at Chicago Shakespeare Theater on a night to be determined by Sigma Tau Delta, the English Honor Society at Elmhurst College. Tickets will be available at a discounted group rate. Attendance is a requirement of the course.
